URGENT REPAIRS
Below you will find information about how urgent repairs that are the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, are managed during business hours and after-hours.
Please read the following information carefully so that you understand what the potential costs to you, or your Owners Corporation, may be:
During Business Hours: (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
- For Owners Corporation urgent repairs that may be needed during business hours, please call the office of SELECT on (03) 9862 3700 or log a repair request through SELECT SC if your building is registered to the platform.
- Please do not use the form below for urgent repairs. The form below is for general, non-urgent maintenance requests.
After-Hours: (after 5pm Monday to Friday, public holidays and weekends)
- Our after-hours service is for after-hours urgent repairs only that are the responsibility of your Owners Corporation.
- If you have an after-hours urgent repair that is the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, please call Tymaline Building Services on 0418 362 023.
- A minimum call fee of $44 (inc. GST) will apply for Tymaline to triage your call.
- A minimum call-out fee of $440 (inc .GST) will apply if Tymaline attend onsite. This is a minimum fee and final costs may vary.
- If the urgent repair is not the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, you will be personally responsible for any fees and charges that may apply.
- Tymaline will provide you with advice directly in relation to attending and fees and charges that may apply.
Tenancy-Related After-Hours Urgent Repairs
- SELECT manage Owners Corporations. We are not property managers for individual tenancy matters or repairs.
- If you are a tenant requiring assistance with repairs that are the responsibility of your landlord, you are required to contact your managing agent.
- If you phone Tymaline for tenancy-related matters that are not the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, Tymaline will charge you a minimum $44 call fee to triage your call.
Non-Urgent, General Maintenance | Ordering Keys, Remote Control Devices, Fobs
- All non-urgent matters including queries about levies and other general administrative matters need to be contained to the office during business hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- Tymaline may charge you a minimum call fee of $44 to triage your phone-call if you phone for general matters that are not after-hours urgent repairs, and the responsibility of your Owners Corporation,
