There are several options available to you to pay your levies.

Via your internet banking – use the Biller Code and Reference Number on your levy notice.

Payments by phone or internet from your cheque or savings account

Please complete a Customer Initiated Direct Debit Registration Form available at or phone 1800 672 162.


Regrettably, we are unable to accept cash payments at our office headquarters. However, cash is accepted at all Australia Post outlets. You will need to ensure you also present your bottom portion of your levy notice so that cash can be attributed to your levy notice.



Credit Card
You will need the reference number on your levy notice.
Please use and scroll down to the 'Pay without a log-in' option.
Alternatively, phone 1300 30 10 90, or International +612 8232 7395 and follow the instructions.
A credit card surcharge will apply.


All cheques must be made payable to: Deft Payment Systems and have the bottom portion of your levy notice attached and filled in with the amount of the corresponding and attached cheque.

Cheques payments can be presented at Australia Post outlets with your levy notice, or mailed to:  DEFT Payment Systems:  GPO Box 2174, Melbourne VIC 3001
