After-Hours, Urgent Common Property Repair Assistance

If your Owners Corporation requires after-hours urgent common property repair assistance, please read the following information carefully including terms and conditions that will apply.

After 5pm, weekends and public holidays, urgent common property repair assistance is managed by our trade emergency contractor partner, Tymaline Building Services. 

  • If you require urgent common property trade-related repair assistance after 5pm, on weekends and public holidays, please phone Tymaline Building Services on 0418 362 023.
Terms & Conditions
  • Every phone call will attract a minimum call fee of $66 (inc. GST). We therefore strongly recommend that you do not call Tymaline unless you have a genuine common property trade-related urgent repair. 
  • A minimum call-out fee of $528 (inc .GST) will apply if Tymaline attend onsite. This is a minimum fee and final costs may vary.
  • If the urgent repair is not for common property and not the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, you will be personally responsible for any fees and charges that may apply.
Tenancy-Related After-Hours Urgent Repairs
  • SELECT manage Owners Corporations only. We do not manage individual tenancy matters or repairs.
  • If you are a tenant with repairs that are the responsibility of your landlord, please contact your managing agent.
  • If you phone Tymaline Building Services for tenancy-related matters after hours, you will be charged a minimum $66 (inc. GST) call fee for Tymaline to triage your phone call.

  • All general business is conducted during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
