After-Hours Urgent Repair Assistance

If your Owners Corporation requires urgent common property repair assistance outside business hours, please review the information below, including the applicable terms and conditions.

After-hours means:

• After 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• Weekends
• Public holidays
• Office closure periods

During these times, urgent common property repairs are managed by our dedicated after-hours service.

Terms & Conditions

• Every phone call attracts a flat fee of $40.  
• Onsite attendance attracts a flat fee of $100.
• Where mitigation works are required, these will be charged at standard rates on a material cost plus basis.

Tenancy-Related After-Hours Urgent Repairs

• SELECT manage Owners Corporations only. We do not manage individual tenancy matters or private property repairs.
• If you are a tenant with repairs that are the responsibility of your landlord, please contact your managing agent.

• All general business is conducted during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and when our office is open.
